Academic Guide

Students have to read and understand the academic guide provided by the program. Please click the button next to obtain our latest academic guidebook (please use your student account to download the academic guide).

Each student is required to comply with all the regulations in the program, faculty, and university. These guidelines are used to regulate student attendance by current rules.

ATTENDANCE

Students must attend classes for at least 75% of all lecture activities.

CLASS PERMISSION

Class permission is only permitted if there is a task from the institution with a minimum assignment letter from the Electrical Engineering program.

INTERNSHIP PERMISSION

The issuance of class excuses due to Internship activities is allowed by the Electrical Engineering Program.

SPECIAL PERMISSION

For exceptional cases such as hospitalization, students can obtain class excuses from the Electrical Engineering program by showing the hospital payment receipt.

Meeting with the Academic Advisor (DPA)

"Academic guidance is a service to consult study achievements and obtain guidance from the Academic Advisor (DPA). The name of the DPA is provided through UIIAcademik. Throughout one semester, students attend four academic counselling sessions with the following schedule."

Two weeks after the Final Semester Examination / before the Remedial Examination
